Our UK delivery (3-5 working days) is £4.49, with premium express delivery (1-2 working days) for only £8.99. Worldwide courier service calculated at checkout, based on final destination. Does TORRO offer a 30-day money-back guarantee?
Yes, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items returned to us in an unused condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on personalised products unless the product itself is faulty. What does the TORRO manufacturer warranty cover?
At TORRO, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our new 2-Year Limited Warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for eligible purchases, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty. Products purchased before the new warranty's effective date remain covered by our previous 6-Month Limited Warranty. These warranties are provided in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
