FREE delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) delivery on all* orders from our website.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver your letter or parcel in 2 to 3 working days. Some couriers may deliver slightly later depending on postcode.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 offers a fully tracked service, SMS/email recipient notifications and a SafePlace option if no one is home.

For same day dispatch your order must be placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs. If the order has been placed after the 2pm cut off, then the order will not be dispatched until the following working day.

Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

*Exceptions

Larger items i.e. an umbrella will be delivered by My Hermes or one of our approved suppliers. 

Our umbrellas are dispatched by a courier within 48 hours due to the weight and size. If an umbrella was ordered with other items e.g. a phone case, the phone case will be shipped separately using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 can be selected* if you need your item quicker than our standard free postage provides. Royal Mail will aim to deliver the next working day. There is an additional charge for this method of delivery.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm can be selected* if you need your item guaranteed the next working day. Some couriers may deliver slightly later depending on postcode. Please refer to Royal Mails delivery restrictions on their website.

There is an additional charge for this method of delivery which will be based on weight and confirmed prior to checking out.

If this method of postage is selected, then your order must be placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs to receive the next working day. If the order has been placed after the 2pm cut off, then the order will not be dispatched until the following working day.

Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm provides end to end tracking and signature on delivery.

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for delivery on all* orders from our website.

Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.

Royal Mail international tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

Royal Mail will pass your order on to their partner couriers in the country’s destination.

*Exceptions

If you select to pay in your own currency when entering our website, then the item will be dispatched using DHL Express. Shipping timescales will be provided prior to checking out depending on location. This is a fully tracked express service.

Dispatch

We do not dispatch any orders on Saturday or Sunday. If an order has been placed after 2pm on the Friday it may not be dispatched until the Monday.

Standard FREE Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Next Day Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm

If this method of postage is selected, then your order must be placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs to receive the next working day. If the order has been placed after the 2pm cut off, then the order will not be dispatched until the following working day. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery on a Saturday, therefore if an order is placed on a Friday it may not be delivered until Monday before 1pm. There is an additional fee for Special Delivery Saturday delivery, we do not offer this.

International Shipping (Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed)

All of Royal Mail partner couriers differ. Please refer to the selected courier’s website for further information.

Do you have any delivery restrictions?

We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Why is the delivery time longer than expected?

If you live in a Northern Ireland, highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer.

Royal Mail will collect and deliver mail on most days of the year, including Saturdays. However, they don't usually collect or deliver on bank and public holidays.

I still haven’t received my item.

Check that you haven’t received a Royal Mail ‘Something for you’ card if you were out. If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item has been left with a neighbour, or in your designated Safeplace if you have one. If the item was sent to your work address, check with the post room and your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.

Still missing?

If your item is still missing and a reasonable amount of time has passed, then it may be considered lost by Royal Mail please contact us and we will look into this further for you.

My item is shown as delivered, but it hasn’t been received.

Do you recognise the name or signature of the person who signed for it? The signature will be provided by the person who accepted the delivery and not always the person on the address label. If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item has been left with a neighbour, or in your designated Safeplace if you have one. If the item was sent to your work address, check with the post room and your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery. Check your shipping address was correct on your original order.

If you were not in when delivery was attempted Royal Mail will post a ‘Something for you’ card.

The card explains why delivery couldn’t be made and advises how you can collect your item or arrange redelivery.

Please note Royal Mail will only hold an item for 18 days and if it’s not collected in that time will be returned to us. We will refund your order on receipt of the returned item; we will not refund until the item has been received safely even if the courier has advised that it has been returned to sender.
