Club TORRO T&Cs

By purchasing a membership to Club TORRO you (the customer) are purchasing a 12-month “subscription” to the Club TORRO programme for a fixed fee of this is not a physical product - by purchasing this “subscription” you (the customer) are hereby agreeing to the stated Terms and Conditions hereafter.

  1. Club TORRO members will receive x3 unique single-use codes throughout a 12-month period that entitle Club TORRO members to x3 phone case products free of charge, codes are received as follows 1. Immediately after subscription is purchased. 2. After four Calendar months after the initial subscription date. 3. After eight calendar months after the initial subscription date. Codes supplied are only valid on torro.co.uk and cannot be used on products outside of the “Phone Case” category or with any other discount codes and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  2. Club TORRO members will receive 15% discount on full-price items ONLY (items on offer/sale are exempt from this discount) for the duration of the 12-month membership. All purchases must be made using the email address used at the point of the Club TORRO subscription purchase to unlock the 15% discount at checkout. Use of an alternate or different email address at the time of the initial purchase will result in discounts not being applied correctly.
  3. Club TORRO members are entitled to FREE personalisation (including metallic foils) on ALL orders made during the duration of the subscription. This discount will be applied at checkout. All purchases must be made using the email address used at the point of the Club TORRO subscription purchase to unlock the FREE personalisation. Use of an alternate or different email address at the time of the initial purchase will result in discounts not being applied correctly. Returns cannot be accepted on personalised products unless the item has a manufacturing fault - please refer to our returns policy for details.
  4. Club TORRO members qualify for FREE Express Shipping (by EVRI) on all orders made during the duration of the subscription. UK Mainland customers only, exceptions may apply. Club TORRO members in Northern Ireland receive free standard shipping (usually £1.99). Customers with postcodes within Scottish Highlands & Islands, British Isles and BFPO will still be subject to a £1.99 charge (with only standard shipping options available). On orders whereby the use of this Express shipping is not provided by the courier an alternate method of shipping may be used, in this event it is at the discretion of us (the company) which shipping method will be used to deliver. The FREE Express shipping option will be visible to members of Club TORRO using the email address used at the time of the initial purchase of the subscription, use of an alternate or different email address will result in this shipping method not being available.
  5. Customers wishing to purchase a Club TORRO subscription from outside of the UK will not qualify for point 4 and will be subject to delivery charges to the destination country as outlined in our shipping rates page. Customs duties and taxes will be payable by you (the customer) in accordance with the destination countries' import rules. (Please refer to our Shipping Policy: International Shipping)
  6. Returns on FREE Phone cases will be actioned in line with our returns policy (Returns cannot be accepted on personalised products unless the item has a manufacturing fault). All items purchased using the 15% discount will be actioned in line the our returns policy.
  7. Cancellations can be processed and must follow the returns process as outlined in our returns policy. Conditions for cancellation renumeration as per the following examples.

    1. No FREE phone case product has been shipped = Full refund of subscription price paid.
    2. 1x FREE phone case product has shipped and falls outside our conditions for “returning unwanted item” = Refund of subscription price paid minus full RRP of item(s) shipped.
    3. 2x FREE phone case products have been shipped and are outside our conditions for “returning unwanted item” = No refund as the price of goods received is equal to that of the FULL subscription price paid.
  8. Cancellations result in the immediate removal of the above-stated “benefits” and cannot be used after the cancellation has been processed.
  9. We (the company) reserve the right to remove the 15% discount on FULL price products from you (the customer) should we suspect that the brand (TORRO) is being exploited for personal financial gain.
