Just bought my second iPhone case and love the quality of the product and particularly the red stitching on the black leather. This one lets me keep cash and a number of cards without any feeling that it is ‘full’ and might pop open.

I upgraded my phone after bashing the screen on my old Sam s24 ultra w/ tempered glass screen protector. Got this lovely leather case with the full coverage flap with magnet closure. Nice quality leather (the real stuff) and a slight grained finish to the case. The leather is dyed well...no bleeding when damp!
This case has held up well from my clumsy handling and drops. I did put a decent screen protector as well to prevent scratches. The phone fits snugly (even with the screen protector) in a heavy duty plastic holder built into the case.
The case is lined with the suede leather as interior covering. The interior card holder is convenient to use when you need to carry cards ect...it also has an interior space to carry currency securely.
The edge stitching was my initial worry for wear but its held up very well to my rough use and handling. I usually keep my phone in a back jeans pocket and there are no signs of wear at the edges- great seams and tough thin leather.

Disappointed!
I am a big fan of Torro leather phone cases. But this purchase didn’t quite match up to my expectations. Although it’s a pretty maroon nubuck wallet case with detachable phone + leather back cover for my 15 pro max, the magnets at the back of the phone case is not quite well aligned. This was supposed to be a MagSafe compatible case, but everytime I charge I need to take 5 mins to align the phone case on to the MagSafe charger to ensure it charges!
I expected more perfection from Torro. Have way better cases back home in India and feel cheated by this purchase ! Spent a good deal of money on import duties too !!!

I Love the quality and classy design of Torro products. I am on my my 5th Torro case, not because they wear out but because I have changed my phone, also bought the tablet case for my brother and various other torro products as gifts. I now have a Samsung Z flip 7 and the case fits snugly and snaps into place, a difficult phone to encase. the only thing that could be improved is more color options, only black available on the z flip 7... I still love it and made use of a discount ( for signing up to emails) to have my initials embossed... very smart. Products always arrive ahead of schedule too... I love this brand!

Great product easy to order

The case looks great and has a nice snug fit. Not too tight or too loose. There was a strong chemical smell when I first got the case, but the smell faded away after a couple days.

I always buy leather wallet phone cases for my iPhones, in this case I purchased the TORRO Leather wallet case ((with detachable cover and MAGSAFE compatible) for my iPhone 16 Plus.

I’ve been very impressed, both with the quality and feel of the leather, the functionality of the case, the colour (dark brown) and also the value for money. I’ve spent considerably more in the past on brands like 12 South and Burton Goods/Pad & Quill, however, for my money, this case beats all of them.

I’ve already purchased a matching iPad case and as long as the case proves durable (too early to say at the moment), I imagine I’ll be stocking with the TORRO brand for my next phone case too…

I bought the crossbody phone bag which is very smart and has received favourable comments over its quality etc. The size is perfect for phone, keys and wallet etc without being obtrusive. Excellent zips. I chose the light tan.

This leather iPhone case is beautifully made and the fastening is streamlined so that it slips easily into pockets. The red stitching and little red bull finish it off very well. This was the nicest case I could find that ticked all my boxes and I also had great service from the company. The only thing a bit annoying is that it's slightly bigger once flap closed. Flap feels as it is loose. 1cm less total width would have been better.

Good quality bag ideal for travelling. Only slight negatives: - I would have liked the zipped pocket next to the body to be a bit deeper so that it could hold a larger wallet or a passport.
Internally, the phone pocket could also be a bit deeper for those of us with larger phones.
Aside from those elements, I am very happy with the bag and have recommended it to others.

Great product easy process to order and quick delivery

Quick delivery. Previously had a Torro case for an iPad 6th gen. which had a very different way of working so this new one is taking some getting used to. In general, excellent quality but a little disappointed about the way the frame doesn’t fit perfectly around the upper left speaker. However, it’s not a big issue.

Case is very well made and has enough pockets for my phone, charger and other bits. Delivery was swift and without problem.

I really like the case and everything about it except the magnetic clasp DESIGN. IT WEARS OUT and the case is almost useless them. going through all your reviews a large portion of the 1 star reviews are because of the same problem I have and they are JUST called wear and tear so no support. IF it wasn't for that design deficiency you would have an almost all 5 star rating. I haven't asked for warrantee because my 6 months was up also but will not buy another cover that has this design flaw. ( crazy glue holds the magnets in but looks bad.)

A nice quality case that on the whole serves its purpose. However, the leather protrudes quite a bit beyond the silicon cover which means it gets caught in your pocket and then pulls away from the silicon. This happened day one and day two the other side pulled away. The ‘snake hive’ cases I have had every couple of years have stayed looking new for over a year so I will revert back to them. For handbag users, this case would be fine but I could not recommend if you keep your phone in your pocket.

Marks too easily which makes the cover feel cheap, bought a similar cover for a S25 ultra which was black leather which felt brilliant, this version for the 15 pro max is totally different feels scuffed stained too easily

I'm writing to comment on your iPhone 14 Plus phone case. I never do this but just had to message you about it. I am blown away by the quality.

Recently I was having a bonfire, during which my phone fell into the fire without my knowledge. After realizing my phone wasn't in my pocket, I looked around the yard for 3-4 minutes trying to find where it fell out. When I realized it may be in the fire,
I raked it until I saw my phone. It had to be in the fire for at least 5 minutes, probably longer. I raked it out but it was too hot to touch so I sprayed it with a hose to cool it down.

Not only was my phone complete undamaged, the paper notes I had
inside the cover were also undamaged. The case was certainly
ruined but what was important is that the phone was TOTALLY FINE - even after spraying it with water. I couldn't believe it. I have dropped my phone a hundred times with no damage whatsoever,
but this blew me away. I'm the owner and CEO of a technology company in Michigan and relay on my phone constantly. Losing it would have been a major problem for me.

I ordered another case the very next morning and have told everyone I know about your product. I will never buy another brand and we will be looking to your product line in the future for my company needs. Congratulations and thank you for what I

Delivery was quick and correct. Great workmanship on the actual leather and fit. I like the three ridges for setting the viewing would also have liked a pocket or sleeve for holding a few small folded documents. I am delighted with the case I ordered for my new 11ins iPad. It was easy to fit, looks very smart (navy with red stitching) and the elastic strap is excellent for securing my iPad and for holding if using outside. The case does not obstruct any buttons and my tablet shuts down when closed. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Torro again.

I have been using Torro products for years. The last case lasted 3 years and is still in good used condition and the one before that was used for 5 years and still going strong.

Personally this case is by far the best so far - I opted for the case where the phone is held in via a magnet. Although bulky, the case itself can be removed and attached easily, there is a magnetic clip with a popper button to secure the outer case when closed (Torro learned from previous mistakes with magnets).

My case was embossed, which looks great and it arrived next day.

No major complaints so far. Only thing I would say is access to the new camera button is more difficult than without the canse due to the case thickness, which is unavoidable.

I received my phone case quickly and the quality looks very nice. However, I ordered the wrong case size. I have contacted the company 3 times per their instructions on their website and have yet to hear back on how to return it. I would like to order another but am on the fence due to the customer service.

The iPad case is a great fit, really solid so should look after my new iPad well. It also looks smart and classic and I love the fact I have my initials on it as I use my iPad a lot outside the home. I also bought the matching pen case for my Apple pen pro and love the fact that it sticks magnetically to the case. Came quickly. Very pleased.

Recently purchased a new mini iPad and decided to buy a new case for it having bought one for my old iPad which was very good. This is the second mobile phone case I have brought now and it is very strong and reliable, which is just what you want to protect your new mobile. I have dropped my phone a few times and the case has protected it from damage, highly reccomended

It is by no means inexpensive, the release of extra colours both for the product and monogram, make it distinctive, and I have a set of iPhone, iPad, air pod and glasses cases as well as key fobs. But I would never be able to justify the high prices for other items. Service good, speedy delivery.

I have a new case for the S24 Ultra from Torro, my second one. I had a case for my previous S23 Ultra for two years. Unfortunately, one of the magnets fell off after just six months, and I used the case without magnets for the remaining 1.5 years. The leather on the edges wore out quickly. The case for the S24 Ultra has weak magnets. If I put more cards and banknotes inside, the magnets don’t keep the case closed. I had to reduce the content to three cards and a few banknotes. Otherwise, the case works as expected, and I’m satisfied with it. As a recommendation, I would appreciate if the case had a built-in MagSafe magnet. If it featured MagSafe, stronger closing magnets, and 2-3 millimeters more space for cards and banknotes, it would be perfect for me.

I was disappointed the bull was not red as in my last 3 previous cases from you. Also there was no red lining. But the case did fit perfectly and my initials did look good. . David

Lovely phone cases great quality

The quality and build is remarkable, such a good price for a beautiful, handsome product. I really like how the outer case can be easily detached leaving a functional case when taking photograph. It is a little heavier than a run of the mill case but that will be the magnet holding the inner case to the outer. Highly recommended.
