Yes, we currently offer personalisation on the vast majority of our premium leather products. Learn more about in-house personalisation service. We also offer a corporate gifts & branding service with no minimum quantities.
What is the cost of shipping?
Our UK delivery (3-5 working days) service is £4.49, with premium express delivery for only £7.50. Additional charges may apply for Scottish Highlands & Islands and BFPO.

Do you offer a warranty?
At TORRO, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our new 2-Year Limited Warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for eligible purchases, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty. Products purchased before the new warranty's effective date remain covered by our previous 6-Month Limited Warranty. For full details of coverage, eligibility, exclusions and how to make a claim, please refer to our 2-Year Limited Warranty and 6-Month Limited Warranty policies. These warranties are provided in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
