Competition Terms

- The #TORROStory Competition is brought to you by B.A.M Worldwide Limited, Unit 4b, New York Way, New York Industrial Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE27 0QF. Company No. 09321291.

- The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of B.A.M Worldwide Limited their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

- The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

- All entries must be submitted in accordance with the submission criteria set out in the email you received inviting you to enter the competition or via a TORRO social media post.

- Only one entry per person is permitted.

- Both the opening time and date for entries and the closing time and date of the prize draw will be as set out in the email you received inviting you to enter the competition or via a TORRO social media post.

- Entries received at any time before or after the opening time and date or closing time and date will not be considered as a valid entry into the competition.

- B.A.M. Worldwide Limited, accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

- All #TORRO stories will be reviewed and the winner will be chosen by the employees of A.M. Worldwide Limited on the date set out in the email you received inviting you to enter the prize draw or via a TORRO social media post.

- The winner will receive the prize set out in the email you received inviting you to enter the prize draw or via a TORRO social media post.

- The winner will be notified using details provided at entry on or around the date set out in the email you received inviting you to enter the prize draw or via a TORRO social media post. A.M. Worldwide Limited is not responsible for any contact details which were recorded incorrectly.

- If, having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the winner, the winner's prize will be forfeited and B.A.M Worldwide Limited will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

- The prize will be posted to the winner’s postal address provided following successful notification of the prize.

- B.A.M Worldwide Limited is not responsible for failure to deliver the prize should a postal address be provided incorrectly. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.  B.A.M Worldwide Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond B.A.M. Worldwide Limited’s control make it necessary to do so. 

-The decision of B.A.M Worldwide Limited regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

- Winners may be required to participate in publicity. This can include the following being published and not limited to name, submitted story and any photography provided by the winner. This may be published on TORRO social media channels and relevant pages on TORRO’s website.

- The name of the winner will be obtainable for three months from the closing date of the prize draw upon application to B.A.M Worldwide Limited, Unit 4b, New York Way, New York Industrial Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE27 0QF.

- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. B.A.M Worldwide Limited reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 

- B.A.M Worldwide Limited reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

- B.A.M Worldwide Limited, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. 

- The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
