To avoid disappointment this festive period ensure you place your orders in plenty of time. We recommend that you order by the following dates:

Standard (3-5 Working Days)	By 1:30pm, December 18th
Express (1-2 Working Days)	By 1:30pm, December 20th
Premium Express (Guaranteed Next Working Day)	By 1:30pm, December 21st

International Deliveries

Europe	By 1:30pm (GMT), December 15th
Rest of World	By 1:30pm (GMT), December 11th

 

Please double-check with UPS and DHL for shipping dates to the destination country from the UK. We strongly advise all orders intended for Christmas to be made as early in December as possible as we cannot promise Christmas delivery on international orders.

Extended Christmas Returns Period

Any non-personalised Christmas gifts bought between 1st November 2023 and 24th December 2023 can be returned up until, and including, 15th January 2024 or within the standard 30 days after purchase, whichever is later.
